Q: Why I didn't receive the registration email for several hours after my purchase?

A: The possible reasons might be:
1) Because of your Email setting, the registration email went to Trash directly. Please look for the letter there.
2) Your Email service provider rejects Emails from unknown senders, so the registration email cannot be sent to you.
3) You provided invalid Email address when you complete the purchasing process.

Q: How to start using the software after my order is validated?

A: Three simple steps to start using the software:
1) Download the corresponding software or restart the software if you have already downloaded.
2) Enter the registration info (Username and Password) into the software
3) Register the software and then you can use the full function of the software.

Q: Why the software said 'Invalid Username or Password'?

A: There are several possible reasons.
1) This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the Username and Password to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the Username and Password.
2) You order or download wrong product, such as mix up SliceMaker Standard version and SliceMaker Platinum version.

Q: I purchase the wrong product by mistake. Can I exchange it for the right one?

A: Yes, you can. In this case, please uninstall the wrong product first. Then email us with your order information and the right product you want. We will exchange the right one for you.

Q: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?

A: No. You don't need to re-register after you re-install the software.

Q: I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer?

A: It is not difficult for you to do that, you just need to follow the below steps:
1) Uninstall the software from your old computer.
2) Download the version you purchased from our website at http://www.slicemaker.com/product_down_center.htm
3) Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.

A: Download the software you want from our website and install it. When you launch the software, a registration request window will pop up. Please ignore it and directly click 'FreeTrial' button, and then you get the trial version.

Q: Can I use SliceMaker products to create graphic web design image?

A: We're sorry to tell you our products cannot help you create graphic web design. Our products are deigned to help users create CSS and DIV automatically but not designed to create graphic web design.

Q: Why do the font and font size don't display properly?

A: By default, the font and font size are not generated. You need to set the font and font size from the ¡°Options?of the ¡°Tools?menu in SliceMaker products.

Q: Why does the absolute positioning (position: absolute) appear? How to realize relative positioning?

A: The primary cause is you may didn't slice image according to the image slicing rules of our products, please see the image slicing rules of our products.

Q: Why does the exported document(s) don't have images?

A: That's because you didn't set your sliced images as image or CSS background image.

Q: Can SliceMaker products compatible with Windows 8?

A: Yes, they can. All of the SliceMaker products can be compatible with Windows 8. To maximally address our customers' needs, we'll keep focusing on the development of webpage making, webpage design, computer operating system and so on.
